Hi! I love food, but I like the *idea* of cooking. Kind of like anchovies. Good concept, savory little guys packed with umami. I like the idea of them. (Caesar salad, yes please. Anchovy on the rocks? Mmm, hard pass…)

When it comes to cooking, maybe you’re like me. I love it when I have (or had) time, but the reality is that it’s a daily struggle to just throw things together. I miss the enjoyment of making food and in the post-pandemic, I found myself also missing the gatherings that came with that.
